McCoy Pottery

McCoy pottery was made in Roseville, Ohio.  First established as the Nelson McCoy Sanitary and Stoneware Company by Nelson McCoy in 1910, the firm began making art pottery in 1926 and became known as the Nelson McCoy Pottery Company in 1933.  The factory closed in 1990.  After 1990, the McCoy mark was put back on pottery by a firm unrelated to the original.
